As an agency manager, you can easily switch between your dashboard and the broker dashboard to help customers who have designated you as their assister.
From your dashboard, open the “My Delegations” tab in the top navigation bar. Use this menu to manage your customers.
To get to your broker dashboard, click “My Dashboard” and that’s it.
You’re now in the Broker Dashboard.
