Let’s do a quick tour of your dashboard and review the helpful quick links found in the left panel.
In “Pending Delegation Requests,” you can see a list of customers waiting for you to accept their assistor requests.
“My Profile” is where you can make updates to your public profile.
“My Delegation History” provides a full list of your current and past customers.
In “My Support Requests,” you can submit support requests and see a history of all your submissions. And, in search existing consumers, you can look up a customer’s record.
If it’s there, you can assist with their application.
If not, you can create a new record and help them shop for a plan and complete their application.
At the top of your dashboard is your secure inbox, where you will receive important notices and updates on your support requests.
