Submit Support Requests

As an assister, you can help resolve customer concerns by submitting and managing support requests right from your portal. To view your support request history, click “My Support Requests” on the left. Use the up and down arrows at the top of each column to sort your submissions. 

Click the “Support Request ID” to view its summary. Here you can add attachments and leave comments for BeWell staff. If you need to submit a support request, click “My Support Request” to return to the previous page and then click “Submit a New Support” request. 

Use the drop downs to select the request type and subtype. Next, enter a brief subject and describe the issue. Before submitting, you’ll need to upload supporting documents. Once the form is complete, click “Submit.” Your support request will be reviewed by BeWell staff and you’ll receive an update in your secure inbox as soon as it’s available.
