View Customer Notices

As an assister, you have secure access to your customer’s notices through their portal. To view customer notices, start by locating your customer. Use the “Individuals” drop-down at the top of the screen and select “Active Customers” to view your customer list. 

At the bottom of the customer summary card, click “More Actions,” then click “View Household Details” to enter the customer’s portal. 

Click “Individual View” to proceed. On the left of the customer’s dashboard, click “My Inbox” to view notices in their secure inbox. You can scroll through the notices by date or use the search bar in the top left corner to find a specific one. 

Click a notice to open it. From here, you can download and print it for your customer. When you’re ready to return to your dashboard, click “My Account” at the top center of the screen.
