Manage and Assist Customers

Let us start with viewing and accepting your pending customer delegation requests. Open the “Individuals” drop down at the top of the screen and select “Pending Requests.” 

Find your customer and click the gear icon to accept their request. They will then be added to your “Active Customers” list. To view your active customers, open the “Individuals” drop down in the top navigation bar and select “Active Individuals.”

If a customer asks to remove you as their assister, locate their customer summary card and open the “More Actions” drop down. Select “Mark as Inactive” after confirming you’ll no longer have access to their application or account details. To regain access in the future, the customer will need to send you a new designation request.
