Open the broker’s dropdown and click “Add a New Broker” to bring a new broker into your agency.
Next, fill in the broker’s basic information and complete all required fields. Be sure to include their New Mexico broker license information and Federal Employer identification number.
Click “Next” to create the broker’s public profile. Here you will provide basic information about the broker’s business, including their profile picture, broker bio, and more. To get started, select “Yes” to make their profile visible in the BeWell directory, or “No” to keep it hidden.
Next, enter all languages the broker supports in the languages field. When their language appears, click to add it and repeat to add more if needed. Then review the list of insurance products and check the boxes next to the ones they are certified to help with.
In the “About Me” section, add a short summary to create their broker bio. Next, to upload a profile photo, click the “Choose File” button and select a photo. Then click the “Upload” button. Click “Finish” to complete their profile.
Once your broker completes BeWell’s training and certification, their application is reviewed by our team. As soon as there’s an update, we’ll send a message directly to their secure inbox.
Close the screen and you’ll see that the broker’s certification status is now marked as pending.
