Before we begin, open your inbox, find your account activation e-mail and click the link to get started.
Next, you’ll verify your identity. Use the dropdown menu to choose whether you’d like to receive a text message or voice call with your verification code, then click “Send Code”. Enter the code once received, then click “Verify” to continue.
After verifying your identity, you’ll be prompted to enter some basic information, set up a security question, and create a password.
Note: Your password must be at least 15 characters long and must include at least one number and one special character.
Acknowledge BeWell’s privacy policy and click “Submit” to complete your account setup.
Your account has now been created. Click the “Continue” button to log in for the first time. Enter your e-mail address and new password, then click the “Login” button.
How to set up multi factor authentication
When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up multi factor authentication. Follow mobile authenticator setup steps one two, and three, using a mobile phone.
Next, open your authenticator app with your phone camera. You will then scan the QR code to add your BeWell account to the app.
Once added, return to the mobile authenticator setup screen on your computer. In the one-time code field, enter the code that appears in your authenticator app.
Please note that the appearance of your phone screen may vary based on the authenticator app you’re using.
