As an assistor, you have secure access to your customer’s notices through their portal. To view customer notices, start by locating your customer. Open the “Individuals” drop down at the top of the screen and select “Active Individuals” to view your customer list.
If you’re an agency manager or independent broker, use the “My Delegations” drop down and select “Active Individuals”. At the bottom of the customer summary card, click “More Actions,” then click “View Household Details” to enter the customers portal. Click “Individual View” to proceed.
On the left of the customer’s dashboard, click “My Inbox” to view notices in their secure inbox. You can scroll through the notices by date or use the search bar in the top left corner to find a specific one. Click a notice to open it. From here, you can download and print it for your customer.
When you’re ready to return to your dashboard, click “My Account” at the top center of the screen.
