Navigate the Enrollment Counselor Dashboard

Let’s do a quick tour of your dashboard and review the helpful quick links found in the left panel. In “Pending Delegation Requests,” you can see a list of customers waiting for you to accept their assister requests. 

“My Profile” is where you can make updates to your public profile. 

“My Delegation History” provides a full list of your current and past customers. 

In “My Support Requests,” you can submit support requests and see a history of all your submissions.  

And in “Search Existing Customers,” you can look up a customer’s record. If it’s there, you can assist with their application. If not, you can create a new record and help them shop for a plan and complete their application. 

At the top of your dashboard is your “Secure Inbox,” where you will receive important notices and updates on your support requests. Next to your secure inbox is the “Help and Support” drop down menu. Open it to start a chat or call customer service for help and find helpful resources like “Frequently Asked Questions.”
