Let us take a tour of your dashboard to easily find where you can manage your brokers, customer delegations across your team, and your agency account information.
You will use the first three tabs in the top navigation bar to manage your agency. To manage your brokers, open the “Brokers” drop down. To see all of your brokers currently associated with your agency, click “View Broker List”. To search for a broker, click “Search a Broker”. Use the menu on the left to quickly locate a broker by name, certification status, and license number.
To bring a new broker into your agency, click “Add a New Broker”. Here you will enter the new brokers information to add them to your agency. To see a complete record of customer delegations assigned to your brokers, click “Broker Delegation History”.
Next, there is the “Agency Delegations” tab. Use the drop down to manage your customer delegations across your team. To review all pending customer delegation requests across your team, click “Pending Delegation Requests”. To see a list of all customers who are currently assigned to your brokers and active within your agency, click “Active Individuals”.
To move a customer to a different broker within your agency, click “Transfer Individuals”. Use the “More Actions” button to reveal the transfer client link.
Finally, open the “Agency Account” tab. To update your agency information, including your name and license information, click “Agency Information”. To update your agency’s primary site, location and hours, including adding a subsite, click “Location and Hours”. To upload documents, click “Document Upload”. And finally, to view your agency certification status, click Agency Certification.
